Qualifications for Active Members
Will demonstrate an interest and dedication in the club through participation in activities, including hosting a club meeting, providing refreshments for a club meeting, participating in plant sales, and volunteering with our continuing club projects.
Will attend the business, as well as, social part of our monthly club meetings. Absences should be called in prior to the meeting. Meeting are held the third Thursday of each month (no meetings January or August).
Member’s annual dues must be up-to-date. Dues are $12.00 per year and payable to the Treasurer at the April meeting. Included in the cost is your membership to The National Garden Clubs, Inc. and The Federated Garden Clubs of New York State, Inc.
We are currently accepting new members. The Fairport Garden Club membership is limited to 25 members. All interested parties beyond this number are placed on a waiting list.
New members shall be proposed by an active member of the club or referred by a District VII affiliate.
